We have invested in communities through our flagship programme, community check-up, which involves screening of suburban community residents and referrals for hypertension, diabetes and cervical cancer.

We have invested in health systems through NCD primary care training for the community health workforce and equipping primary care facilities which lack essential medicines and devices for basic NCD monitoring and treatment.

Our Target

We are currently restructuring our operations, digitising our programmes and integrating AI to make chronic disease prevention and control smarter, more accessible, and more inclusive. With an equity-driven approach, we’re building a movement for lasting health and well-being.

We want to reach indigenous language speaking beneficiaries at scale

We want to empower youth advocates to become active citizens in co-creating health-promoting communities.

We want to partner with governments, health agencies and health workforce within health systems to ensure quality NCD service delivery and efficient referral channels for NCD prevention and control

Thank you for the training session for our community health extension workers here at Old Kutunku community. Now we understand better the importance of urgent response to chronic diseases like hypertension and diabetes and our role in reducing complications and death."
